How long does it take to get my custom blinds?Typically, custom blinds take 3-4 weeks from the day you place your order to when they are delivered and installed by our installation team. Occasionally, some materials may become out of stock at the factory causing delays.

How do I clean and maintain blinds?To clean your blinds, we recommend dusting them every few months so that over time the dust doesn't begin to cake making it harder to clean. If your blinds require more than dusting due to a spill or dirt getting on them then mild soap and water on a towel is what we recommend for wiping them off.
